Public Health (Minimum Price for Alcohol) (Wales) Act 2018

Section 15: Warrant to enter other premises

70.This section provides that a justice of the peace may issue a warrant to enable an authorised officer to enter any premises in Wales (other than premises used wholly or mainly as dwellings which are already dealt with under section 14), in certain circumstances. The section sets out the circumstances in which a warrant may be issued. Entry may be obtained by force if need be.
