9Amalgamation effected by Welsh Ministers

(1)

In Schedule 1 to the 1996 Act, paragraph 15H (amalgamation) is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (1), for the words from “that” to the end of the sub-paragraph substitute “ that a registered social landlord which is a registered society has failed to comply with a requirement imposed by or under an enactment. ”

(3)

For sub-paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2)

But this paragraph does not apply if the failure relates only to the registered social landlord's provision of housing in England.”
