5E+WAn instrument to which paragraph 1, 3 or 4 applies that revokes, amends or re-enacts any such instrument may (despite section 14 of the Interpretation Act 1978) be subject to a different procedure under this Schedule from the procedure to which the instrument containing the original regulations was subject.
