11 E+W In Schedule 1 to the National Health Service Act 2006 (further provision about the Secretary of State and services), in paragraph 2(1)(b)—

(a) omit “or 319”;

(b) after “the Education Act 1996 (c. 56)” insert “ or section 53 of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 ”.
