This section and sections 1, 8, 9, 10 and 12 come into force on the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

Sections 2 to 5 come into force at the end of the period of 2 months beginning with the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

Sections 6 and 7 come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order made by statutory instrument.

But the Welsh Ministers may not appoint a day for any of sections 6 or 7 to come into force which is before the end of the period of 12 months beginning with the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

An order under this section may make transitory, transitional or saving provision in connection with the coming into force of any provisions of this Act.
