Part 1 (overview) and this Part come into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

The other provisions of this Act come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order made by statutory instrument.

An order under subsection (2) may appoint different days for different purposes.
