SCHEDULE 4 E+W PROVISION OF TOILETS: CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Public Health Act 1936 (c.49) E+W

1 (1) Section 87 of the Public Health Act 1936 (provision of public conveniences) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) for “A county council, a local authority” substitute “ A county council in England, a local authority in England ”;

(b) omit “or community”.

(3) In the heading, after “conveniences”, insert “ in England ”.
