There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Nurse Staffing Levels (Wales) Act 2016, Section 2.
(1)This Act comes into force on the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent except for section 1 which comes into force on such day as the Welsh Ministers may appoint by order made by statutory instrument.
(2)An order under subsection (1) may—
(a)appoint different days for different purposes;
(b)make transitional, transitory or saving provision in connection with the coming into force of a provision of this Act.
