139.Mae adrannau 8(3) i (5) a 9(5) yn nodi’r amserlenni ar gyfer cyhoeddi’r adroddiad terfynol a’r adroddiad drafft ar gyflwr adnoddau naturiol a’r polisi adnoddau naturiol cenedlaethol. Mae’r adran hon yn darparu y caiff Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy reoliadau, newid yr amserlenni hynny. Mae is-adran (3) yn darparu bod rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ymgynghori ag CNC cyn gwneud y rheoliadau.
