107Requests for information relating to fitness to practise

SCW may by rules authorise the registrar to make requests for information from persons registered in any part of the register which relates to their fitness to practise.

The rules may, in particular, make provision about—
a
the manner and form in which a request is to be made;
b
the frequency of requests;
c
the information which may and may not be requested by the registrar;
d
the consequences of a failure to comply with a request (which may include referral of the matter to a fitness to practise panel).
