Sub-occupation contracts

59Sub-occupation contracts: interpretation

(1)

This section applies for the purposes of interpreting this Act.

(2)

A “sub-occupation contract” is an occupation contract—

(a)

made with a landlord who is the contract-holder under an occupation contract, and

(b)

which relates to all or part of the dwelling to which that contract relates.

(3)

“Sub-holder” means the contract-holder under the sub-occupation contract.

(4)

“Head landlord” means the landlord under the head contract.
