Coming into force and short title

This Part comes into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

The remaining provisions of this Act come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order made by statutory instrument.

An order under this section may—
a
include transitory, transitional or saving provision;
b
make different provision for different cases or descriptions of case or different purposes or areas;
c
make different provision for different kinds or descriptions of occupation contract;
d
appoint different days for different purposes.
