In section 38 of PCPA 2004 (development plan), in subsection (4) (areas in Wales), for “the local development plan adopted or approved in relation to that area” substitute
—
a
the National Development Framework for Wales,
b
the strategic development plan for any strategic planning area that includes all or part of that area, and
c
the local development plan for that area
