(2)For the entry relating to sections 61 and 62 substitute—

Sections 62D to 62S.”
(3)After the entry relating to section 70A insert—
“Sections 71ZA and 71ZB.”
(4)After the entry relating to section 100 insert—
“Section 100A.”
