SCHEDULE 2 E+W DEVELOPMENT PLANNING: FURTHER AMENDMENTS

2 E+W In section 21A (powers of land acquisition), in subsection (5)—

(a) omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (b);

(b) after paragraph (c) insert— “; and

(d) any strategic planning panel in whose strategic planning area the land, or any part of the land, is situated.”
