9E+WIn section 144 of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 (payments and pensions: relevant authorities, members etc), in subsection (2), after paragraph (d) insert—
“(da)a strategic planning panel (established under section 60D of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004);”.
