122.Mae’r adran hon yn dirymu arbed Rheoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Ceisiadau) 1988. Yr effaith yw bod y rheoliadau hynny, a wnaed o dan Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref gynharach ac sy’n ymwneud â’r gweithdrefnau ar gyfer ceisiadau cynllunio, wedi eu dirymu yn llwyr. Mae’r gweithdrefnau ar gyfer ceisiadau o dan DCGTh 1990 wedi eu pennu mewn gorchmynion datblygu o dan adran 62 o DCGTh 1990 erbyn hyn.
