239.Mae Atodlen 5 yn gwneud nifer o ddiwygiadau canlyniadol i Ddeddfau mewn perthynas â chostau a gweithdrefnau mewn apêl. Mae angen y diwygiadau oherwydd y newidiadau y mae Rhan 7 wedi eu gwneud. Effaith y diwygiad ym mharagraff 27 i Ddeddf Tribiwnlysoedd ac Ymchwiliadau 1992 yw tynnu gwrandawiadau ac ymchwiliadau yng Nghymru o dan y Ddeddf Cynllunio o’r ymchwiliadau y caiff yr Arglwydd Ganghellor lunio rheolau gweithdrefn mewn perthynas â hwy o dan adran 9 o’r Ddeddf honno.
