PART 5FINAL PROVISIONS
56Commencement
1
The following provisions of this Act come into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent—
a
sections 53 to 55, this section and section 57;
b
any other provision so far as is necessary for enabling the exercise after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent of any power to make regulations under the Act.

The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Welsh Ministers may by order appoint.
3
An order under subsection (2)—
a
may appoint different days for different purposes or areas;
b
may include transitional or saving provision.
4
The power of the Welsh Ministers to make an order under subsection (2) is exercisable by statutory instrument.
