118Hysbysiad rhybuddio

(1)Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru roi hysbysiad rhybuddio i awdurdod tai lleol os ydynt wedi eu bodloni bod y sail ar gyfer ymyrryd yn bodoli mewn perthynas â’r awdurdod.

(2)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru bennu pob un o’r canlynol yn yr hysbysiad rhybuddio—

(a)y rhesymau pam eu bod wedi eu bodloni bod y sail yn bodoli;

(b)y camau sy’n ofynnol i’r awdurdod eu cymryd er mwyn ymdrin â’r sail ar gyfer ymyrryd;

(c)y cyfnod pan fo angen i’r awdurdod gymryd y camau (“y cyfnod cydymffurfio”);

(d)y camau y maent yn bwriadu eu cymryd os yw’r awdurdod yn methu â chymryd y camau gofynnol.
