48.Bydd pob trwydded a roddir yn cynnwys amod sy’n ei gwneud yn ofynnol i ddeiliad y drwydded gydymffurfio ag unrhyw god ymarfer a ddyroddir gan Weinidogion Cymru (gweler adran 40) ac unrhyw amodau pellach eraill y mae awdurdod trwyddedu yn eu hystyried yn briodol. Gall torri un o amodau trwydded arwain at ddirymu trwydded person (gweler adran 25).
