57.Mae’r adran hon yn gweithredu er mwyn dod â’r Ddeddf i ben bedair blynedd ar ôl y dyddiad y daw i rym, oni bai bod Gweinidogion Cymru yn gwneud gorchymyn sy’n nodi bod y Ddeddf i barhau mewn effaith.
58.Ni chaiff Gweinidogion Cymru wneud gorchymyn i gadw effaith y Ddeddf ond ar ôl i’r cyfnod adolygu o 3 blynedd ddod i ben ond cyn i bedair blynedd fynd heibio ers y dyddiad y daeth y Ddeddf i rym.
