31Prohibition orders
(1)
Subsections (2) and (3) apply where a prohibition order is made in relation to a person.
(2)
The person's name must be removed from the register (if it has not already been removed).
(3)
The person becomes ineligible for registration under section 9.
(4)
The Council may, on the application of a person who has received a prohibition order, determine that a person is eligible again for registration.
(5)
An application under subsection (4) must be made in accordance with any regulations made for that purpose under section 28.
(6)
No such application may be made before the end of the period of two years beginning with the date when the prohibition order takes effect or such longer period as may be specified in the order.
