90Regulations about placements out of area
Regulations under section 87 may, for example, impose requirements that a local authority must comply with—
(a)
before a child looked after by it is provided with accommodation at a place outside the area of the authority, or
(b)
if the child's well-being requires the immediate provision of such accommodation, within such period of the accommodation being provided as may be specified.
