Accommodation duties
F175CDuty to secure accommodation: procedure if draft plan not approved by Welsh Ministers
(1)
This section applies if the Welsh Ministers decide not to approve a draft of an annual sufficiency plan submitted to them by a local authority under section 75B.
(2)
The Welsh Ministers must notify the local authority setting out—
(a)
the reasons for the decision;
(b)
the period before the end of which the local authority must submit a further draft of the plan to the Welsh Ministers.
(3)
The local authority must submit a further draft of the plan together with a report explaining how, in preparing the draft, the local authority has taken account of the reasons set out in the notice given under subsection (2).
(4)
Section 75B(4) applies where the Welsh Ministers approve a further draft submitted to them under this section as it applies where the Welsh Ministers approve a draft submitted to them under section 75B.
(5)
Subsections (2) and (3) apply where the Welsh Ministers decide not to approve a further draft submitted to them under this section as they apply where the Welsh Ministers decide not to approve a draft submitted to them under section 75B.
