3Until the coming into force of Part 5 of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011, sections 34V and 34W of the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005 have effect with the omission of the following words (wherever occurring)— “or the Welsh Language Commissioner
“or may (as respects the Welsh Language Commissioner)”.
