388.Mae adran 138 yn darparu y caiff partner Bwrdd Diogelu wneud taliadau tuag at wariant a dynnir gan y Bwrdd Diogelu. Caiff ddarparu staff, nwyddau, gwasanaethau, llety neu adnoddau eraill hefyd. Rhaid ymgynghori â’r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol cyn y gwneir rheoliadau o dan is-adran (3) i’r graddau y mae’r rheoliadau yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i daliadau gael eu gwneud gan yr heddlu neu’r gwasanaethau prawf yn rhinwedd eu swydd fel partneriaid Bwrdd Diogelu.
