Section 158 – Intervention: duty to report

411.Section 158 requires the Welsh Ministers to lay before the National Assembly for Wales any direction they make under section s153, 154, 155, or 157 and to keep the National Assembly appraised of the steps taken by the local authority to comply with the direction.
