(1)Cyn gynted ag y bo’n rhesymol ymarferol ar ôl i fap llwybrau presennol neu fap rhwydwaith integredig a lunnir gan awdurdod lleol gael ei gymeradwyo gan Weinidogion Cymru, rhaid i’r awdurdod lleol—
(a)ei gyhoeddi yn y modd hwnnw sy’n briodol ym marn yr awdurdod lleol,
(b)anfon copi yn rhad ac am ddim i’r personau hynny sy’n briodol ym marn yr awdurdod lleol,
(c)darparu copi ohono, neu ran ohono, i unrhyw berson ar gais naill ai yn rhad ac am ddim neu am ddim mwy na’r gost o ddarparu’r copi,
(d)peri i gopi fod ar gael i edrych arno (ar bob adeg resymol) yn y mannau hynny sy’n briodol ym marn yr awdurdod lleol, ac
(e)rhoi hysbysiad, yn y modd hwnnw sy’n briodol ym marn yr awdurdod lleol, i ddwyn y mannau hynny lle y mae copi ohono ar gael i edrych arno i sylw’r cyhoedd.
(2)Wrth i awdurdod lleol benderfynu ar yr hyn sy’n briodol at ddibenion is-adran (1) rhaid i’r awdurdod lleol hwnnw roi sylw i ganllawiau a roddir gan Weinidogion Cymru.
(3)Pan fo awdurdod lleol, mewn perthynas â map llwybrau presennol a gymeradwyir gan Weinidogion Cymru, wedi cyflwyno datganiad ac esboniad iddynt o dan adran 3(6) neu adroddiad o dan adran 3(7), rhaid i’r awdurdod lleol—
(a)ei gyhoeddi yn y modd hwnnw sy’n briodol ym marn yr awdurdod lleol,
(b)anfon copi yn rhad ac am ddim i’r personau hynny sy’n briodol ym marn yr awdurdod lleol,
