The Welsh Ministers may by order—
a
make any other amendments (including repeals or revocations) of any enactment or instrument which are consequential on any provision made by this Act, and
b
make any other transitional or transitory provision, or savings, which appear appropriate in connection with the coming into force of any provision of this Act.
