CHAPTER 2 E+W AGREEMENTS RELATING TO PITCHES EXCEPT THOSE ON LOCAL AUTHORITY GYPSY AND TRAVELLER SITES

2 E+W Subject to paragraph 3, the right to station the mobile home on land forming part of the protected site subsists until the agreement is determined under paragraph 4, 5, 6 or 7.
