Section 20: Orders and regulations
58.This section provides for the procedure that will be used for making subordinate legislation under this Act (except for commencement orders). This means that subordinate legislation may not be made unless Welsh Ministers have carried out a public consultation, and a draft has been laid before and approved by the National Assembly for Wales.
