Section 52 (rights of Auditor General for Wales to documents and information) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2), in paragraph (c), for “the Assembly” substitute “the Welsh Ministers”.

A statutory instrument containing an order under subsection (2)(c) is (unless a draft of the order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of the National Assembly for Wales) subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the Assembly.
