3E+WIn subsection (8) of section 123 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (unauthorised disclosure of information relating to particular persons) after paragraph (ba), insert—
“(bb)any member of the staff of the Wales Audit Office, and any person providing services to that Office””.
