22 Use of fixed penalty receipts E+W

[F1 (1) A food authority may use its fixed penalty receipts only for the purpose of its functions relating to the enforcement of the provisions of this Act and regulations made under it.]

(2) In this section “fixed penalty receipts” means amounts paid to a food authority under fixed penalty notices issued under section 21..
