Education and Inspections Act 2006 E+W

34 (1) The Education and Inspections Act 2006 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) Omit section 58 (code of practice as to relationships between local authorities and maintained schools).

(3) In section 87 (power to charge for provision of meals)—

(a) in subsection (1), omit paragraph (b);

(b) in subsection (2), omit paragraph (b).
