8(1)Mae’r paragraff hwn yn gymwys ar gyfer—
(a)ysgolion uwchradd,
(b)ysgolion arbennig ond dim ond mewn perthynas â darparu addysg uwchradd i ddisgyblion yn yr ysgolion, ac
(c)ysgolion canol ond dim ond mewn perthynas â darparu addysg uwchradd i ddisgyblion yn yr ysgolion.
(2)Daw newid o fewn y paragraff hwn os yw addysgu disgyblion mewn grwp blwyddyn mewn ysgol yn dod o fewn disgrifiad mewn cofnod yng ngholofn 1 o dabl 2 isod, ac os cynigir newid addysgu’r disgyblion yn y grwp blwyddyn hwnnw fel ei fod yn dod o fewn y disgrifiad yn y cofnod cyfatebol yng ngholofn 2.
(3)Yn y paragraff hwn “pwnc perthnasol” yw unrhyw bwnc ar wahân i Gymraeg a Saesneg a addysgir yn yr ysgol i ddisgyblion yn y grwp blwyddyn o dan sylw.
