Penalty.
And bee it further enacted and ordained by the authority aforesaid that all and every the Officer and Officers who shall bee concerned in [X1the] levying collecting and receiving the duties granted by this Act doe keep a separate and distinct account thereof and pay the same in specie into the receipt of His Majesties Exchequer weekely on Wednesday in every Week unle se it bee an Holiday and if it bee then on the next day that is not an Holiday and upon neglect or refusal of the same shall incurr the penalties forfeitures damages. and costs as other the Officers of the Exchequer hereinafter mentioned shall bee liable too Which money soe paid in shall bee applied to the uses hereafter mentioned in this Act and noe otherwise.
