And bee it further enacted by the authority aforesaid that the [X1said] several and respective Collectors of the duty granted by this Act shall every yeare dureing the continuance thereof within the space of six days after the respective assessments or certificates shall bee to them delivered deliver over the same or a true copy thereof unto the respective Parson Vicar Rector or Curate for the respective Parish Divisions or Places for which they are appointed Collectors under the penalty of forfeiting the su[m]m of Five pounds to his Majestie And the said Parsons Rectors Vicars and Curates are hereby required under the like penalty of Five pounds to bee forfeited to his Majestie for every offence on the next Lords day commonly called Sunday after the receipt thereof openly and publickly to read or cause the same to bee read in the Church immediately after divine service in the morning to the end that every person thereby rated or charged may have notice of such rate or charge and if hee or they find him or themselves agrieved thereby they may complaine and appeal according to the directions of this Act.
