And bee it further enacted by the authority aforesaid That every person inhabiting and resideing [X1in] or which shall inhabitt and reside in the Kingdome of England Dominion of Wales and Towne of Berwick upon Tweed being a Widdower and haveing noe Child or Children (except such as receive Almes) shall from and after the said First day of May dureing the said terme of Five yeares or soe long time thereof as hee shall continue a Widdower and noe longer pay unto his Majesty his Heires and Successors the su[m]m of One shilling yearely.
