And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That X1every Papist or reputed Papist being of the Age of Sixteen years and upwards who shall not have taken the Oaths mencoed and required to bee taken by the said last menc[i]oed Act shall yeild and pay unto their Majesties double the su[m]ms and rates which by force or virtue of any Clause in this Act before menc[i]oed or contained hee or she should or ought to pay or be charged with to be assessed levied and collected answered recovered and paid in such manner by such ways and means and according to such Rules and Directions and under such Penalties and Forfeitures as are before in this Act expressed or appointed for and concerning the above menc[i]oed Rates and su[m]ms which are hereby intended to be doubled as aforesaid.
