Memorial thereof without Fee.; Assignee may in like manner assign.
And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid That every person or persons to whom any money shall be due by virtue of this Act after Order entred in the Book of Registry aforesaid for payment thereof his or their Executors Administrators or Assigns by endorsement of his or their Order may assign and transferr his or their right title interest and benefitt of such Order or any part thereof to any other which being notified in the Office of the Auditor of the Receipt aforesaid and an entry or memorial thereof alsoe made in the Book of Register aforesaid for Orders which the Officers shall upon request without Fee or Charge accordingly make shall intitle such [X1Assignee] his and their Executors Administrators and Assigns to the benefitt thereof and payment thereon and such Assignee may in like manner assign again and so toties quoties and afterwards it shall not be in the power of such person or persons who have or hath made such Assignments to make void release or discharge the same from any the moneys thereby due or any part thereof.
