Penalty.
Provided always and be it [X1further] enacted That all Cloaths Arms and Accoutrements of War belonging to the Horse Foot and Dragoons in Their Majesties Pay and Service who receive English Pay shall be bought in the Kingdom of England Dominion of Wales and Towne of Berwick upon Tweed and not elsewhere And every Officer or Person who shall offend herein (upon Proof made in that behalf) shall be cashiered.
