XX.Paymaster, Secretary of War, &c. not to take Fees, or deduct from Pay.

Exception.

And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid That from and after the Tenth day of March One thousand six hundred ninety two no Pay-master of the Army Secretary of War Comissary or Muster master or their under Officers shall receive any Fees or make any deductions whatsoever out of the Pay of any Officer or Soldier in their Majesties Army or from their Agents which shall grow due from and after the Tenth day of March One thousand six hundred ninety two other then the usuall deductions for Cloathing and the Twelve pence in the pound to be disposed as their Majesties shall think fitt and the one days pay in the year for the use of the Royal Hospital att Chelsey.
