And it is hereby further enacted and declared That Their Majesties or the General of their Army for the time being may by virtue of this Act have full power and authority to grant Commissions to any Lievtenant General or other Officers (not under the degree of a Field Officer or Commander in Chief of a Garrison) from time to time to call and assemble Court Marshalls for punishing such offences as aforesaid.
