Which Commissioners may administer.; Acting without taking the Oath; Penalty £200.
Provided allwayes and bee itt enacted That noe Person shall bee capable of acting as a Commissioner in the execution of this Act before hee shall take the Oaths appointed by an Act of the last Parliament entituled An Act for abrogating of the Oaths of Supremacy and Allegiance and appointing other Oaths which Oaths itt shall bee lawfull for any Two or more of the Commissioners to administer and they are hereby required and authorized to administer the same to any other Commissioner And in case any Person hereby named a Commissioner shall presume to act as a Commissioner in the execution of this Act before hee shall have taken the said Oaths hee shall forfeite to Theire Majesties the Summe of Two hundred Pounds,
