Provided allwayes That nothing in this Act contained shall bee construed to alter change determine or make voyd any Contracts Covenants or Agreements whatsoever betweene Landlord and Tenant or any other Persons touching the Payment of Taxes and Assesssments Any thing herein before contained to the contrary notwithstanding.
