VI.Service for a Year, of unmarried Person, a Settlement.
And it is hereby further Enacted That if any Unmarried person not having Child or Children shall be lawfully hired into any Parish or Towne for one yeare such Service shall be [X1adjudged &] deemed a good Settlement therein though no such Notice in Writeing be delivered and published as is herein before required.
