III.Proviso for Clauses in the said Acts which were intended to be made perpetual.
IV.Persons may lend £500,000 to the Crown on Credit of the said Duties.
V.Office to be kept in London for Receipt of the said Duties. Receiver General to separate three Parts in Four after Debentures, &c. paid.
VII.Payment of any Tally of the same Date or of subsequent Orders first demanded, no undue Preference.
