And bee it further enacted That any one or more of the Co[m]missioners appointed by this Act upon Information given or upon any Cause of Suspition in that behalfe shall and are hereby required and enjoyned to cause every Person suspected or against whome such Information shall be given to be Summoned to appeare and take the said Oaths as aforesaid
